KIND4stores has its own powder coating system, which is fully integrated into the production line. Our highly automated system was tailored precisely to the special requirements in the retail sector and is constantly being further developed. By foregoing outsourcing, we can not only complete system elements for shop fitting more quickly, but also immediately individualize them in terms of color and surface design without any loss of time. Adhering to a specified corporate design is just as much a part of daily business as implementing unusual ideas.

 

Our powder coating unit has two independently controllable chain conveyors, each with three automatic painting booths. This means the system can be used very flexibly. There is also a robot cabin, a washing and drying system as well as a curing oven.

 

The components for our modern powder coating system come from CSF, ESB, MS Carlisle, Sapp and Wagner.
